In the words of Virginia Woolf, I firmly believe the process of creating is to “make a language to describe the subtleties, the incalculables, the pleasures and meanings — impossible to categorize — at the heart of things."

Often with a touch of experimentation, I explore the magic in reality, while delighting and humoring in the beauty of the novel and out of place, and overlooked details in everyday scenes.

I sculpt my photos with the play of natural light, and the organic, architectural paths of positive and negative space as I consider a composition.
